When I turned to Plarium support for help, they informed me they were only aware of Boku stating I had maxed out on what I could purchase, and were unaware of any money taken from me. After a week of trying to contact Boku to no avail, the line goes dead. My son tried acouple of days later and also lost £10.We have both tried to contact Boku over the loss of £20.
when I retried,Boku then stated I had exceeded my limit. 2 weeks ago I tried to purchase £30 worth of Rubies for "Pirates tides of fortune" via my mobile which meant using BOKU, they processed 40% of my request then timed me out and charged me £10 with no rubies.
